In a joint position paper, the Standing Committee on Vaccination at the Robert Koch Institute, the German Ethics Council and the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina provide recommendations for regulating access to a COVID-19 vaccine in an ethically, legally and practically reasonable manner.
